Part II: Refining Your Strategy (Follow-up to the Part I Entry and Mid-career Workshops)

A more interactive session, this workshop builds on and develops the information previously presented. It is intended for those who have begun to engage and act upon the earlier material. Through in-depth discussion and interactive exercises, attendees focus on identifying and overcoming barriers, developing and adjusting career development strategies, and exploring specific opportunities and resources. Participants are encouraged to bring their individual questions, as well as insights, to this small group, participatory session.

Formerly First Deputy Commissioner in Chicago's Department of Environment, David Reynolds has more than 20 years of experience in the sustainability sector. His background in industry, government and consulting give him a unique and comprehensive perspective on environmental management. His varied experiences have given him a broad base of environmental experience with specialties in brownfield assessment, clean-up and redevelopment, and sustainable design and construction.
